@Nancy DeSocio thank you for the direction, I was able to pull up the checklist.

There clearly are a lot of items, but how strict are they with these? Are they just making sure the base level is good or are they going over everything with a white glove?

I ask because the property overall is safe but is more beaten up than something I am normally used to. I am house hacking so the property and all the units did have to pass FHA standards for me to get the loan.

Hey everyone! Quick question. 

I have a rental property in Pawtucket, RI where I inherited a Section 8 tenant. Does anyone know where I can find a guide/rulebook for the annual inspection and maintenance requirements for landlords?

I tried looking on the Pawtucket Housing website and it appears to only be geared towards the tenant.
