@Josh Zelaya To be honest, I haven't looked into wholesaling at all - I only know what I've read here on BP and in the Toolkit eBook.

@Josh Zelaya Congrats to you as well! As a beginner, and as a poor college student, my goal is to start with a live-in flip or a small duplex. After I've learned a little more and gotten my feet wet, I'm hoping I can find my niche and hit the ground running.

@Josiah Hague Thanks for reaching out. I've begun to read the eBooks in the beginner Toolkit. I can't explain how helpful that's been.  I think the hardest part will be starting :)

Hey y'all. I'm Andrew from Denton, TX. I actually just moved here from Salt Lake City, Utah so I'm excited to started. 

I'm 25, recently married and completely new to real estate in general. So I'm just trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. Any help or direction where to start would be SO helpful. I'm anxious, excited, and happy to be here. Thanks!
