Looking at options to buy a direct mailing list.  I've been looking into absentee owners list.  Is there a option any of you have used that may be better for getting a first deal.

I've been mailing to a list of properties that I've drove around and compiled myself.  Do you think I would have better results if I waited to buy a list vs using my own?  Money is a current issue with me.  What would you do?
