@Christopher Scherer I’d love to offer my team the opportunity to be apart of what you’re trying to do in Evansville! A lot has changed in Evansville over the last 15 years, and a lot of growth continues to happen as the area experiences a refreshing wave of revitalization and growth.

As far as areas for investing goes, that really depends on what your personal goals are. I’d be happy to jump on a call with you this upcoming week to discuss what you’re looking to do and see if there’s any way we can help!

@Christopher Scherer Are you still considering investing in Evansville? It’s a wonderful city to invest in. Where are you at in the process of acquiring your first deal?

As @Jason Dicken said above, check out Evansville, Indiana. This town is a haven for out-of-state investors. My team assists investor clients in making purchases here. Relative to a lot of other areas of the country, the cost to enter the market is low, and there is a stable demand for quality rental property here that provides steady returns

Would be happy to answer any questions you may have!

@Grant Cardone love your analogy of Warren Buffet’s position in cash flow producing companies to real estate investments into apartments. That’s a concept that I’d never thought of before, but makes total sense.

Your 10X book really woke me up and lit a fire inside of me to 10X my life.

Looking forward to buying some apartments with you down the road.

I'm looking to connect with large investment buyers in Indiana. Specifically, buyers who have done at least 50+ transactions within the past year. The buyers don't necessarily need to be physically located within Indiana, but those who are looking to purchase either single family flips or rentals within the state.

If you meet the criteria, or know someone who does, I'd love to connect!

@Rene D. I am not. The lender was an out of state contact, and we are settled up on past projects.

Hello BP Community!

I'm a Realtor and investor who is looking to begin expanding my portfolio with the help of a private investor. I have two rentals currently that I purchased with private money, but took a break to work on the retail side of my business for the past year or so. The previous private lender I worked with is no longer lending, and I'm looking to build a new mutually beneficial long-term relationship. I'm not interested in hard money or brokers, as I have a team that brokers hard money for other investors. I'm looking for direct private money lenders only please. I appreciate any introductions and/or suggestions as well.

Thanks in advance!

Andrew
