Hi. i have a single family property in New york that i want to sell. i was wondering if i can do a 1031 exchange into a mixed use property or a commercial building?

I am a nyc resident that has family in Orlando. want to get a turnkey property to invest.

are there any reputable turnkey providers that serve the Orlando market?

Hi, i live in nyc and my daughter lives in Orlando. was thinking of buying a property there to rent out.

does buying a condo there make sense?

looking for lowest maintenance property to own

Hi Valentina,

$1500 sounds insane. the HOA increases seem fairly steep. Do out of state investors usually go for single family as opposed to condos in that case? Thanks for the info

Hi, my name is Andrew and I am a newbie investor that is interested in the Orlando market. I see that condos have high HOA fees. Do the HOA fees fluctuate often in most condos making an investment less profitable than a single family house?

I travel to Orlando several times a year to visit family so i figure getting a property there would make sense

Let me know your thoughts

@Daniela Andreevska

Thx for the info. Much appreciated!

Hi Nina, did you invest in nyc? i live in nyc and found it to be so expensive. just curious as to how you made it work? did you put 20% down flat out or use creative financing?

That's great info to know. Brian, have you experienced high turnover from renters in the area? Also hearing that Columbus could be a better alternative to Cleveland. Thoughts?

@Gary Parilis thx for the insight!! Can you give me Erin's contact info? Not sure if my last reply posted. I'm on the mobile app currently.

Thanks

Andrew
