We are going to pull the trigger on our first rental 1 of my last 4 things to complete is getting the right lease agreement. Other stuff is small.

Would love some incite on how to calculate my current home as a  rental property. Do we use the vales as if we did not own the house? Do we use the values on our current mortgage? Having a bit of trouble and would love any information. I have been told and read on Bigger Pockets one of the easiest ways to get into real estate investing is renting the house you first buy when you are ready to move.
