Over the last 6 months I have learned a lot about finding cash buyers and motivated sellers. I have handled my sellers well for the most part but I am even still dissatisfied with this system.

Can you please tell me how you manage your buyers and sellers list organization? I feel I would be doing much better if I had this organized.

Hello all fellow REI!

I am a relatively new investor. I graduated in 2012 with a degree in psychology from Notre Dame College. I am from Cleveland, Ohio. I am building a career in wholesaling so to be able to buy and hold and buy and flip. I obviously have very little money being a new college grad with no real job. I wanted my own business and I am going to do what ever it takes to get what life wants me to enjoy. I love travel, good food, and golf!
