Quote from @JD Martin:

Depends on what's normal in your market. In my market those are generally low C and below housing. Everyone wants CHA these days where I am.

I see, this is not low C but just an old old house in a B, B+ neighborhood. Thanks much

Quote from @Jacob Barton:

In the San Antonio area, I see long-term rentals with window units or mini-splits pretty often, especially in older or smaller properties. They seem to rent well, as long as the units are in good condition and provide adequate cooling for the space. It really comes down to the property’s overall value and how it’s positioned in its surrounding market.

 Thanks much, makes sense

Hi BP Community. I have Rehab and hold 2 properties and rehab / flip 3 including a duplex. I want to get all my pictures pre & post and come up with a Company Webpage for people to see our work / results and probably be interested in investing / doing some kind of business with us. I have no knowledge about creating a webpage or instagram page. nor do I know how to get the pictures on an easy way, etc. Is anyone familiar with any good, affordable company that can help with this? Is this something that will be good to outsource, like one of those Virtual employees from Phillipines? Any rec will help. Have a great day!

Hi community. I have a property for rent. I have a candidate tenant that owes an Assisted living facility company, full permits with county, health department and all is up to date and reviewed. Can I get some recommendations from any experience Landlord with similar situation? This will be a business that will operate in my property with increase wear and tear, etc. I am already at a loss in this property due to market and extra costs that we had so my current rental income do not cover my expenses. In a case like this, should I ask for a higher rent? or for the tenants to pay Lawncare or something else? Any comments will be greatly appreciated. Have a great day.
