Hello guys,

I have heard that if i want to buy a home  you can get government grants for first time home buyers in the case that you do not have money for the down payment and closing cost and i was wonder if this is really true? and how can i apply for one of these grants.

oh i was not expecting an answer so fast ! thank you so much Lelith, i will start looking for seminaries here in Florida and go to my local bank to search for those programs that you were referring to. once again thank you !

hello guys my name is andres I'm 21 years old and my dream has always been to invest in real state. I do not have much money for a down payment but Im saving so I can get it I would like to get advices from experienced landlords who might help me to start my dream come true thanks.
