Hey all,

I'm hoping to get to know more investors in my area. My business name is North Star Homes and, let me get this out of the way, I'm a newbie. My primary interest at the moment is flipping homes between Monroe and Everett, Washington. However, in time I hope to branch out into rentals in Western Washington and other states.

So much to learn. I am still working a day job and working with an agent trying to find a distressed property that I can make money on. I welcome any contractor referrals, as well as any advice or conversation from other investors.

Hey BP investor

i had the same situation here in Seattle the price is so hight in the numbers never right I am looking for new market to make better cash flow

I am a newbie from seattle wa  and have been trying to educate myself through podcasts and books. I am currently 34 years old and have been trying to save up money so I can invest into a rental property.

I have learned that washingyon  is a state where rental properties that cash flow are tough to find. So I have been looking into out of state markets that I can invest in since properties in California are expensive.

i also want to connect with more real estate investors in my area and out of state that will give me pointers and advice that will help me get started.

Thank you,

andres aparicio

This meeting will be certain to have you asking in amazement, "I can do WHAT with my retirement account?!" ---AND, "Wait, this was a FREE meeting?!" How do we know? --- because that is EXACTLY what investors were saying at our first class in January!

Come listen and learn about these strategies from us and from our superb guest speaker, John Bowens, about how you can use your retirement account to invest in real estate (from wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, loans, all the way up to apartments---there is seemingly no limit on this creative strategy!) Contrary to popular belief, you are NOT limited to stocks!

The tentative agenda is as follows:

6 PM - Networking & Structured Networking
6:30 PM - Welcome, brief introduction
6:40 PM - John Bowens Guest Speaker
7:10 PM - Question & Answer Session for John Bowens
7:45 PM - Wrap Up
8 PM - Open networking and discussion until 8:30 - 9 PM

Please bring a writing utensil/paper and your electronic device (phone, tablet, or laptop) in order to follow along with the presentation and to begin your own investing IRA account this very evening, if desired!

Snacks and water provided

How can get in on this webinar could please let me know I am really interesting
