Bank is dreaming if they think they are going to get a higher bid for this. No money to made beyond that point. Nobody is going to pay 300k for this house.

Michael the bank won't let this one go for cheap. They have had several auctions on this. The last one in December. The bank would not take an offer of 180k. This is the reason it has been for sale for awhile. Needs new roof, pool, windows, updated kitchen, etc...

Guidance whether this is a good property to flip? whether or not this is too big of a place for a first time flipper? Wondering if anybody knows good contractors in this area?  Any Investors in this area. Just nervous, but excited at the same time.

I would love to flip this house. Where can I find an investor in the Tampa area to help me do this? Would anybody  be able to assist to get me started?
