@Anthony Hill new to the wholesale, I was wondering what kind of methods or mailing  criteria  do you use to attract leads? Three deals a weeks sounds great so I had to ask thanks.

@Micah Copeland so is it still possible to wholesale even if the home owner has it under a realtor?

Hey guys I'm new the wholesale game and I had a question. When a deal arrives and I need to evaluate the rehab cost should I have a contractor and will he also know what need to be done to be in inspected? Or should I also get a inspector?

yea I think I'm going to see what the neighbors say. In the end I think I'm going to check the court house.
