Hey BiggerPockets community,

I'm Andre Munday, and I'm here to connect, learn, and build relationships with like-minded individuals. While I'm not ready to jump into the investment game just yet, I'm looking to meet people who might be interested in joining forces for a joint venture wholesaling real estate, with me providing the capital, down the line. I’m aiming to be ready to invest around late 2025 or early 2026, but I believe that great partnerships are built over time.
