I've read a few articles about best markets to invest at in the States, and I thought Atlanta, Ga was up there, but the results I am getting here are all over the place. Please comment on this as I want to know investor's opinions about how accurate these type of articles are.

@Rick Baggenstoss Your rehab looks great. How much work did you have to do to the house?

@Manesh Hardeo One of our agents Gordon Tran just sold one on Lucile Ave to one of our investors. Hope your rehab turns out well. Can't wait to see the final pics (and possibly numbers). This area is starting to have a lot of interest and I think it is going to be like Kirkwood/Edgewood in a few years or sooner.
