Yes, I did talk to the banker, he said this are the rates for investment properties. It does not need repair, the sealer did a total repair a year a go.  Rental is allowed, otherwise I would think about it.  It’s my first investment so I am kind of afraid do not screw up. Anyway, I appreciate your analysis.  Thank you very much
