Bill, I see what you're doing lol. It just won't work with me, i'm here and i'm here to stay. I will get proper information. You're shooting down everyone because in your opinion you're the best, isn't that the same as what you say gurus do "take my knowledge or your learning wrong" stating your credentials doesn't make you helpful. If you teach like this I wouldn't learn and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. This is supposed to be a forum to help inspire and help educate new and veteran REI, not bring down newbies so they don't want to continue. Have a blessed day and I pray you find peace, because you come off as a bitter old man.

Your absolutely right, only thing is I haven't obtained none of my knowledge from gurus. I have quite a bit of knowledge on RE, but your right I wouldn't know a great deal. If there is something helpful that you can provide me with like knowledge,Links, books, forums, it would be greatly appreciated. My question was about Finding sellers vs Buyers not tax liens or clouds or gurus. @Bill Gulley

In the time i've been studying wholesaling many people says that finding buyers first is best because you know what your looking for. I agree somewhat, but how will you attract buyers with no deal to preset them with.

How's it going bigger pockets community my name is Rufus Gillespie Jr, i'm a newbie from Jacksonville, Florida. I begin my Real Estate Investment Journey a few months a go when I heard on a local radio station a real estate seminar was coming to a hotel near. I attended the seminar an although I liked the idea it felt more like I was being sold, I needed information. After a month of searching the internet and reading RichDad PoorDad an countless other ebooks, I still lack education and what better place to gain knowledge than Bigger Pockets.
