I have a prospective tenant that we are in the process of screening, but they are disabled and have a caregiver who would be living in the home with them. How would we go forward with them and their care giver? Through the application process and the lease?

Would love to get some feedback from experiences real estate agents in Houston. Anyone know of really good brokerages in the Houston area that have great training and mentoring for starting off agents? Would this only be discovered by personally going to each brokerage ?
