I am also interested in working with a hotel syndication group. Anyone have any contacts?

Thank you @Tracy Streich I agree that no one will come to the site looking for us until directed there by a service such as Zillow.  I want the site for our potential and tenants to be able to fill out applications, pay rent and request repairs. Do you have another recommendation for doing that part of the property management?

Thank you so much!!! I'll check Cozy.co out :)

I'm looking for recommendations for building a real estate rental/management website.

We are rehabbing a 5plex. I need set up a website for listing and renting the units. I would like to be able to maintain the site myself. I have the site started on Wordpress.

I want the site to have listings, set up a showing, an application, a login for the tenants with a move in/out checklist and to be able pay rent and put in request for repairs.

I would appreciate recommendations for how to get the website set up.

What theme and/or plugins to use?

Thank you!

I look forward to learning more about and from you.

I am also interested in this as we are buying a property as an LLC with private/hard money then we are planning on refinancing it once it is rehabbed.

@Kerry Baird I'm very interested about what you said as the property IS in FL!

I'd like to know more about this too!

HI, I'm a brand new real estate investor. I'm working on my first deal right now.  (I'm scared to death! I don't know what the numbers should be to be a "good deal". Advice appreciated!!)

I would be honored to be part of your ranks!!

Hi, I very new to this, my partner and I have an accepted offer on a 4plex which needs a complete rehab. He is the number cruncher and I am the capital. He says it looks good with a 10% CoC 12% cap rate. Are these numbers high enough? I've only done the Stockmarket previously 10% doesn't seems like that great of an illiquid investment to me.

What numbers should I be shooting for?  Please help!
