Yes my concern is that I’m paying for the water meanwhile he has recently started doing his laundry here and will continue while she is out of town. I want this to stop altogether. Her lease ends in a few months and she’s looking to stay so I will add this to the new contract.

I am currently renting out a separate unit on my property where my house is. I have one person on the lease and they bought their own washer and dryer. My tenant mentioned that she will be out of town for a few weeks and during that time her boyfriend plans to stop by to water her plants and do laundry. I do not want him to do laundry here since he’s not on the lease. How can I say this to her?
