STR/ MTR? (if that's even a term) for nurses in Cleveland can definitely work as Cleveland Clinic is a powerhouse in healthcare. I recommend checking the areas near University Circle for that reason, but there are some spots not far from there that can be rough, so do your due diligence. Reach out if you need anything!

Thank you Shane!  Definitely interested in the University Circle area.  I’m thinking with Metro, University Hospitals, and Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Med School in the area, there should be no shortage of travel medical professionals coming to the area!

Andrea,

I'm also, looking for a mid- term rental property in Richmond,VA.
BP episode 563 had some good nuggets about this topic.

I would love here your updates you make on the way.

Thank you so much!  I just finished listening.  Great episode!!!

@Nicholas Misch Thank you for your reply!  No brainer indeed!! I originally wanted to buy into a vacation rental market but this last year has been crazy and we seemed to have been priced out.  So going to attempt something more local first. :)

I'm interested in beginning my REI career with purchasing a SFH or condo in Cleveland area (safe neighborhood) to list as a furnished rental for travel medical professionals, supply corporate housing needs, or house temporarily displaced families for insurance companies. Looking for any advice for someone starting out in this realm.
