So Thomas I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say, although I'm eligible for VA with zero down which I (earned from serving my country) my plan was not to get a house while in the situation that I'm in that would be foolish. I would also note that you are not aware of how I got to the situation and don't you know my story, it's a mixture of things. I also don't agree that I need to wait until I get a 800 credit score to purchase my first investment property. Thanks for your reply.

Hey everyone my name is Andy I'm a US Marine Veteran and I have really bad credit due to really bad choices and jumping right into things without doing my due diligence. I qualify for 100 percent financing with my VA certificate. I just want to get some suggestions I'm also looking to file Chapter 7 at this point.
