Post: CRS Temporary Housing

Has anyone ever contracted with CRS Temporary Housing (https://www.crsth.com) to place tenants? They say that they provide immediate accommodations for property loss-of-use claims by working directly with insurance carriers and their customers. I was contacted by a CRS Rep asking if I would consider a 9+ mo. lease. The terms and payee sound like a great setup but unfortunately I can't screen the actual tenants in this case. Just wondering if anyone has gone down this path before and if you had a good or bad experience.  Thanks.

That's what I thought too.

Has anyone tried the QuickFlip AutoPilot system promoted by Peter Souhleris? I'm skeptical as the claims (success and ease of implementing) seem to good to be true; however, if it's a legit system/program, then it seems like a good option for someone who is a part-time REI.

Thanks for the response @Jaysen Medhurst. Your thoughts on the timeline, number of steps, and the president's background are probably spot on. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

Is anyone following this (see link to story below) and have an update on the status of the 1031 Exchange? http://www.1031exchangeresource.com/1031-exchange-tax-cut/
