I've been lurking on the forums for a little while now, and I can finally say that I am in contract for a duplex property in Ohio!

I have been looking to find a way to transfer a current tenant's lease into my name with out having to hire a lawyer to draft the paperwork. Is this possible?

I would be moving into one side of the duplex, while the other side is occupied for another month. Then I would be asking them to leave, and returning whatever is left of the security deposit.

Is there another way to go about doing this without involving lawyers?
