Could you kindly let me know if Core 3 Property Management (core3pm.com) in Peoria is a good property management company if anyone has used or heard of it? I am very grateful for your help. I sincerely appreciate it.

Thank you for your responses to my post, Jonathan and Brad. I recently underwent surgery and am currently in pain. I'm unable to call you Brad. Sorry about that. I just sent an email to your email address, Brad. Could you please respond? . Thank you

Thank you for responding and responding positively to my post. I would be grateful if you could let me know who the property manager is. That would be extremely beneficial to me because I urgently need to change the property manager.

I live in Arizona and have two properties in Peoria, Illinois, which are currently managed by a local property management company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the property management company and would like to switch to another one as soon as possible. Could you please recommend some good property management companies in that area? . Despite several requests from the property management company, I have yet to receive the 1099-misc form. How should I file my taxes if I don't have this one?. Thank you very much

Thanks but not needed as i already reached out to Deena today morning and got all my questions answered and i subscribed shortly after. Thank you for your reply though

Agents invest website says "We share everything from single-family BRRRs, to small multi-family, to large apartment buildings, to motels, to RV parks". I am not interested in large apartment buildings. motels, RV parks and BRRR's. I am interested only in turnkey/minimal repair properties (Single family, townhouse , condo, small multi family up to 4) and not major repair ones and intend to keep properties for many years and not interested in Flipping. I am interested in joining the deals list but not sure if the list consist of turnkey/minimal repair properties?. Could you please let me know so that i can take a decision. Thank you in advance
