That's great John, is there a state you focus on?

@Bruce Lynn thank you so much! I'll look into the book and will try that. We just had an auction in Arizona but I'll see when is the next one so I can attend. I'll start exploring the over the counter houses now and go from there. Thank you for take the time to respond. 

I'm in Arizona, we are a tax lien state. I was going to try for Texas. However I just decided that as I had previously explored Florida but did not buy one as I was not fully comfortable with the process. Since I'm not comfortable then I struggle. 

Thank you for the response, I'm currently looking into seeing what would be a good incentive as I don't have much. Also I appreciate the recommendation of going ti a local auction.

This sounds awesome, will it be a regular event? I'm not able to attend this one however would like to attend in the future. 

I'm new to learning about tax liens and tax deeds. Feel like I have a good understanding of how to do it however have been struggling doing my first purchase. Would anyone be willing to mentor me or guide me through my first one. I'm hoping it's just fear and once I finally get through one I'll feel more comfortable and ready to do others alone. Also I welcome any feedback, tips, suggestions or recommendations anyone has.

@Andy Bauman would you be willing to help mm (mentor me) through the process of purchasing a tax lien. I have done research however I'm so worried of not fully understanding and instead of investing I will be wasting money.
