REAL ESTATE INVESTOR LOOKING TO FILL ASSISTANT/ADMIN POSITION (Minnesota)

Compensation: $10-12/hour plus bonuses for performance

Employment type: Contract

Telecommuting: Okay

Real estate investor looking for someone to answer incoming marketing calls. You must be available to take phone calls frequently throughout the day, and follow up with previous leads via phone or email. You will start off tracking your own hours until the amount of leads pick up such that the hours will increase, and then be expected to work 40+ hours Monday-Friday from 9-5, with the ability to work on Saturdays.

Requirements:

- Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone

- Can work from home

- Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers

- Learn quickly and take constructive criticism

- Must have own phone and computer; able to enter data into computer based CRM system

- Know the Minneapolis/St, Paul area or be willing to learn it

Payment:

- $10-12/hour plus opportunity for bonuses based on the amount of deals closed

- The better you do to set us up to close the deal, the more money you will make

Summary of Position:

Searching for a sales person in our real estate investment company.

We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses). You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed; however, we do prefer previous outside and/or phone sales experience. One of the determining factors of being considered for this position will be your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed.

This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment. You will go on the appointment and speak with the sellers. Once you have secured the property by getting it under contract, you will then take pictures and videos of the property. You won't be required to work out of an office. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesman/saleswoman you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage leads in our company's database

2. Meet with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash

3. Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed

4. Must be able to follow company's closing sequence

5. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects

6. Must be motivated to bring in outside business

7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff

8. Must be willing to take photos/videos of the properties

This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever means possible. A fast starter and able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career. Can follow instructions and is detail orientated.

We have a heavy marketing budget for our team which means we provide quality leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.

We work with real estate agents, other professionals and directly with homeowners to provide us with houses that are below market value. We close fast, buy "as is", have an amazing reputation and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

Your job will be to help the company acquire properties from these lead sources by calling them and meeting with them face-to-face. You do NOT need to have a real estate license.

Great Fix and Flip or Rental located in Minneapolis! This property should go for about $110,000 as a 1 bedroom or about $130,000 if converted into a two bedroom! We're estimating about $30k in repairs for a flip or about $3-7k in repairs for a rental.

The basement is finished, and could use some upgrades to make it more comfortable. There is a second bedroom already built, and the ground needs leveling to make the room more habitable. Also the retaining wall running along side N 6th St will either need to be repaired or completely torn down and gradually leveled out.

The property has a great-sized tool shed that is attached to a 1-car garage, and a roof that is only 4 months old.

Average days on market in this area is 30 days.

This Property will make a great fix and flip, as some of the rooms upstairs have already been renovated. With the roof being 7 years old, the A/C 5 years old, the water heater only 1 year old, and the furnace recently tuned up.

It is just a 10 minute walk away from Main St. and is near the Saint Croix River. The high school, and elementary schools for this district rate 9/10 and 8/10.

Hello everyone. I am looking for any recommendations on general contractors in the Denver metro area of Colorado. The few that I have asked do not want to share their contractors which I understand, but if anyone is willing to referral any that would be great.
