Hi Scott!

Her name is Ashley Caruso - she’s with Integrity Plus. We love her!

Hey Kris!

There is a real estate investor group for our area that meets once a month at Gianniili’s 2 (maybe on Zoom now with COVID!). Brandon Yeager runs it, and he’s been investing in Westmoreland Co for a long time. Might be a good place to get connected.

As far as financing goes, I would encourage you to reach out to Kathy Della-Penna at InFirst Bank. She is an incredible resource, and - quite frankly - probably one of the top 3 reasons my husband and I have been so successful at investing. Please tell her that I referred you.

Good luck, and please let me know if you have any other questions!

Amy

I believe the landlord group meets in N Huntingdon - we have not gone to a meeting, but I’m a member of the FB group . . . lots of info and resources found there, too! https://m.facebook.com/groups/...

Thanks, John - I’m kinda looking for someone who has developed a policy or is familiar with the legalities of doing so!

Hello!

I’m wondering if anyone can give me insight as to where to find sample reasonable accommodation policies that would help guide us as we develop our own?

Thank you kindly in advance!

Hi Caleb! Not really - we would like to stick to multi-family/apartment complexes. The personal use will come from maintenance trips if that makes sense - we’re open to North Myrtle to Murrells Inlet -

Hello BP family!

The hubs and I have been in our market for over a decade (WOW! Where did the time go!!??), and we're looking to continue to build our portfolio. Our accountant has suggested a vacation spot based on our current financial status. Does anyone have any experience in multi-families/apartment complexes in Horry Co.? Or can you recommend a resource for further investigation? OR, even better yet, does anyone have any CONCRETE (meaning personal experience) leads in any other vacation markets?

We're outside of Pittsburgh, BTW, so accessibility and sunshine are must-haves!

Thank you kindly in advance!

There are services available that you can use to narrow down your target lists. Have you ever listened to any of the BP podcasts? They’re super helpful for newbies. Do you live in Greensburg? There’s an investors group in the area that meets once a month. There’s also a group in the N Huntingdon area - might be worth reaching out to if you’re trying to get off your feet!
