  Welcome to BP.   Do you have any other properties besides GA and olympia.  I am doing the same path, buying and renting out in each duty location.  I am currently at JBLM and live in Olympia :)  Do you manage your property here ose a local PM ?  Looking for a PM right now as I may move in the next 12 months.  Cyurrent other properties are in Fayetteville, Colorado Springs, Auguta GA and Luoisiana

We are also an Army family and have rental in Olympia, WA. Welcome to the site, it is a great place for networking and finding reliable information. We are also trying to buy and hold at every duty station. Eventually we want to get into some multifamily units and maybe a flip or two. Good luck with your endeavors!

Ah! So you're still in Columbus? My best friend out here, her boyfriend is stationed there. He's one of the Rangers. Would be a hoot if you guys know each other (it is surprisingly that small of a world sometimes). Does your hubby know any of the Rangers? (before I shout off names all over the internet)
