I got a similar email as well. It particularly grabbed my attention because I am from the 518 area code. When I finally spoke on the phone with the person he was talking very slow and had an extremely thick foreign accent. I was having difficulty understanding him due to heavy accent so I asked him if we can set up a zoom call and he said he wasn't available for a zoom. Never heard from him again. 

I'm based in Buford GA and have a couple properties. Looking to scale my property business and add more STRs.
