@David Dachtera the insurance would not cover the floors being replaced however my property managers contract states they would replace dangers done by pet. Would I need that contract when I sue? It's under the property managers company not my own contract

ok cause they want to file the sue under the real estates company however since I paid for the extra damages I didn't know if it's myself who files the sue under my name. They have the pet contract that's where I'm confused who does the sueing lol a bit confusing but I'd like to do it right

If a real estate company is renting out my home and the tentants do more damage than their security deposit ... Do I have to cover the extra charges or does the real estate company? We needed to replace the floors and I was not sure if I'm paying out of pocket, the tentants are being taken to court however in the meantime who covers the fixing cost ??
