Thanks, I will definitely contact her! We haven't been able to go to REIA meeting yet. I get the email notifications, but Tuesday nights are hard for us to make right now.

Hi! My husband and I are getting close to closing on our first rental property in Baton Rouge (yay!). I was wondering if anybody has a good homeowner/landlord insurance agent? I starting to call around a get quotes, but I want to work with somebody I can trust and will explain the pros/cons of each policy to me!  Thanks for your help!
