@William Hochstedler

Just saw your msg! If you know lf anyone that can help here in Utah, I'd really appreciate it! :)

I've talked to 2 mortgage loan officers and they both say that it can't be for a 4plex, because it can not be income producing or an investment property, even though I mentioned I would be living there. I just think they don't have much knowledge in that area.

@William Hochstedler

Yes, that it the plan to live in it, so there will not be a problem if it's like a fourplex? It shouldn't right?

@Ross Gleason

I thought so too, then I read into the requirements and says the property must be "non-income providing" . Thanks Ross, I will look into that !

Has anyone done a 4plex financing through a USDA Loan? If yes, how was the process? How did you get passed the "non profit property" restriction??

Thank you!!

@Mike Lambert I sent you a friend request, don't really know how that works. But I am a Mexican citizen so I'm sure that helps. I've been looking at properties in Puerto Vallarta where my family is from and my uncle is a civil engineer. My husband and I want to start, just don't know where or how to start. Anything helps :)

Thank you Mike!
