It's also an ongoing relationship of support and resources that took me from doing this by myself to a community and team mindset.
We have regular calls, their acquisitions team sends me deals, I can review bids with their contractor and they will take a peek at my CRM to review my numbers and make suggestions. I'm also in touch with other investors in the community that I can text and reach out to. I'm very happy with my decision to join flip system.
