Good to know @Anna Greta Taylor I have just begun this search but am starting to think that going outside the CLT area may be the best way to find this particular unicorn!

Hi, anyone know of a Charlotte, NC, fee-only/fiduciary financial advisor who also knows REI? I'm looking for someone to help with financial/retirement planning who is experienced with retirement portfolios that consist of real estate along with traditional vehicles such as 401Ks/IRAs. Ideally, someone with knowledge of self-directed IRAs, Solo 401Ks, and the various tax implications. Thanks for any recommendations!
