take this post down.. dont want to give any people ideas on how he cheated the system.. or how to threaten someone on the house of their dream by saying if you dont pay me i wont sign at the closing.. believe me the same thing happen to me last year my husband paid the people because the guy lost his job.. he paid him 10 thousand also and gave them 3 weeks to leave and he didnt want to leave.. we just called the marshall and they were kicked out.. but i think this post should be deleted.. before people get ideas.

i just sold my short sale its been exactly 4 years and 3 days since it was listed.... the buyer is allowing me to live in the house for 60 more days until i find an apartment.. up until now for the past 4 years the bank has paid for all of my utilities im wondering they will they shut off my electricity now that the house has been sold? and if so how soon? and if so who is responsible me or the buyer?
