Wholesaling in New Jersey can be difficult. I am an upcoming wholesaler who is trying to find deals by driving for dollars. Driving for dollars is hard because you need to know where to look or else your wasting time and gas. The NJ market is good if you know where to look. Anyone knows what are some good cities I should try to look for houses that are distressed in NJ?

I am a upcoming NJ wholesaler and trying to understand my market. I live in Passaic County and near Bergen County and trying to find deals but can’t seem to find any. Trying to understand NJ market the best I can and find deals. Does anyone know what cities in NJ I should look that is not so crowded? I really need to know what are some good cities that investors like to buy and sell.

Hello, I am an upcoming wholesaler in New Jersey. I’ve been scouting house on Zillow and RedSkin, but I don’t know where I can find any off market deals. Any tips on where to find them?

I’ve seen a good listings that requires agents, should I try making offers with them. Any tips or personal opinions on the New Jersey market and the agents in this area. I want to know what I’m getting myself into and what to expect.

1. After finding an off-market deal and agreeing on the deal with the seller, who would  provide the contract agreement?

2. Is it better to do off-market deals or deals on-market that require a real estate agent?

3. Is it late to start wholesaling?
