After reading the posts, I’m confused

I’m interested in investing in rental properties, but again couldn’t find a good deal that generates positive cash flow, unless short term rentals

So , what do you guys advice, look for another market, or can someone assist in finding cash flow generating properties

Who in Montreal is Brrrring?

And can gives us an insight of the experience and knowledge in that particular city

Can you apply the 1% rule in Montreal with long term?

Or your best option is short term?

What part of the city to look for Brrrring properties?

I found it hard to find a positive cash flow properties after all expenses, unless you are Airbnb it

Thanks for the advices

I understand now that from one block to the other, it could be 180 degrees difference

My main target and strategy is income rental cash flow, yes I get the market’s appreciation is really low, and yes houses are old, but maybe for flippers, it’s not the best

I appreciate everyone’s advices and thoughts
