Hi Sierra

I went to one of his seminars in Miami.  Basically, the free 2 hours is just a pitch for pricey courses in the near future.  They will give you a "discount" for signing up before the end of the seminar for 2 day course,  where they will offer you a very expensive "master" course for more personalized coaching.  I heard from some people that they learned a lot through the process but don't expect to learn anything for free.

Hello everyone,

My name is Amit and relatively new to Bigger Pockets. I am looking to invest in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area, primarily SFH buy and holds. I think I prefer areas in Broward county since I work in the area.

I am looking to learn more about the area and hopefully form a team (agent, property manager, inspector / contractor), and possibly a partnership if goals and vision are on the same page.

Overall hoping to scale up my real estate portfolio and and become a better investor.
