Hi Did any one get worker compensation insurance as home owner builder ?

How did you get it? Which insurance carrier , what kind of product, what kind of premium/pricing for what kind of sq ft additions/building, what was your total payroll amount, etc. ?

This answer will help me and many other investors ?

any relevant comment is welcome.

What other paper work is needed other than worker comp, permit ?

How did you tackle payroll taxes and similar liabilities ?
