IMO 98 square feet is a big deal. I was selling a condo and it came out about 39 square feet less, the price per square feet was $184 had to reduce it by $7176 for the sale to go through. Once you list your home for sale you will have to list it as 1908 square ft as per appraiser. You can always negotiate it with the seller, for the whole 98 square feet or something in the middle, depending how desperate you are to buy this house .

Stress is a part of owning rentals. As far as being disrespectful, do not take anything personally, inspect property before renting, fix what ever needs to done and choose time to select tenants. Do not put the first warm body. If you own low end rentals, sell them and buy something in a better area in good schools. Stable people make good renters. As  far as property manager, I personally  am not a fan of them.

Guys I am closing a condo within a week and this condo has walk in bath tub (medical type) upstairs and a walk in shower downstairs, I will be renovating it because it needs a lot of work. My options are:

1) keep the bath tub as is

2) Replace it with walk in shower

3) Replace it with regular bath tub.

which option would increase the resale value? And what should I do with this walk in bath tub.

Has anybody heard of realtech Nj title company and worked with them. I need some information. What is your feedback on them?
