I'm curious what lenders people are using in CA to get financing for their syndicates or investment groups. I'm fairly new to group investing and have had a bit of trouble finding a lender for my deal.

Hello All,

I'm curious what forms buyers and buyer's agents use to make formal offers for rent to own type deals?

Is it better to structure it as a purchase agreement upfront or better to keep it as a lease?

I can imagine there are advantages to both.

Hi @Kenneth Reimer, I would say historically that's not true. The CS has a slightly negative correlation to stocks and bonds, and a slightly positive correlation to commodities and other RE related instruments like REITs.

It's also important to remember what the CS tracks, it's only SFR that are calculated using a repeat model.

Yes, it'll be very interesting to see what happens with Brexit and it's influence on monetary policy here.

Hello All!

I'm curious if anyone is following the movement of the Case Schiller home price index (futures or in general) or if anyone is using any other publicly traded securities to hedge exposure to real estate assets?

If so would be great to connect to talk about general market direction and strategies.
