I Am purchasing multi properties as a package deal from one seller and we have price agreement; How can I finance the package deal? Which type loan or lender should I look for?

Hello I am buying quadplex property but is like 3 apartments and one front store,In these case because one unit is front store ; Should I Apply for residential loan or Commercial loan?

Always I had residential unit, this is first time I am getting store involved too

As an Investor, If we buy a lot of duplexes or small multifamily 2units to 4units, how can we get more than 5 or 6 even 10 mortgages at the same time?

there is max 10 mortgage rules, but if we are buying more than 10 small multi family, How can we get and be qualify for more mortgages?

where should we go to get that?
