@Steven Nguyen - great idea Steve and congrats on the recent success! As they says, most millions are made during the worst of times…as long as you’re willing to take the leap.

I mostly invest in out of state for long term hold and locally (LA/OC) for new construction and flips. Would love to join a local MMG if you were to start one.
