Looking to find out what you all in the Mikwaukee and surrounding areas are currently charging for application fees? Do you charge per person living in the apartment?

I jog through tosa daily and am very interested in finding some of the TLC duplexes and 4plexes there.

I've been thinking I may be better off finding and calling on some of the beat-up looking ones that are not for sale but do not appear to be well upkept.

I also thought West Allis would be a key investment area.
