Why do you not want to go through the listing agent?

 I would go through the listing agent if that was my only option.. I just think you might have more creative financing options and terms with less fees..

 I have a question fellow members ..

If the MLS listing has been on the market for a while can you go to the seller directly and offer a creative deal or must you use a realtor?

I was wondering has anybody ever gotten home warranty for the rental property? I've had one from my primary residence when I bought my house.. I'm just about finished with my rehab and I was wanting to know about the home warranty for my rental is a possible ?any advice?
