Because I am in the very beginning of becoming an REI, I'm inching my way with baby steps and establishing a plan. My husband and I have attended some REI education seminars and haven't been too keen on the idea of spending $20k to get started. So I've found myself here seeking for some solid information. Reading is becoming my friend and I feel the need to get myself in the environment daily. I'm seeking to shadow an investor and/or a part time position to familiarize myself hands on. Any suggestions?
