Thanks everyone. Clovis is next door to Fresno which is a little blip on the map between L.A. and San Fran. I'm orig. from So Cal. My background is Mtg. Lending but I've recently taken a position with Zinc Financial Private Money lender so that I can be front and center with all the action.. I'm trying to learn what I can from the professionals around me so that I can successfully transition into Investing myself.
