If you had 60% down it would be a deal not an amazing deal but there would be a profit.

Have any of you been required to have Builders Risk Insurance on your rehab loans? If so what were the pro's and cons for you? is there another ins. out there that is comprable in coverage but less expansive?

i'm looking for any help I can get a referral to a contractor would be awesome or tips are great as well

Thanks everyone. Clovis is next door to Fresno which is a little blip on the map between L.A. and San Fran. I'm orig. from So Cal. My background is Mtg.
