Hi everyone,

I am a new investor located in Connecticut. I'm interested in the real estate market in Philadelphia, and would love to hear anyone's thoughts on their own experiences, and good locations, and any other tips that could be helpful. I'm interested in house hacking a property for my first investment. I am looking to work with a real estate agent who knows the investors market in Philadelphia, and could potentially help me locate and close on a deal there. Would love to chat with any of you, please feel free to private message!

Thanks,

Amar

Hi everyone,

I am 23 years old, and a new / first time investor located in New Haven, CT. Looking to invest in a multi-family property, but would love to have some guidance on what current investors find to be the best locations in CT to own rental properties. My primary goal is to generate cash flow in the property, but ideally would like a property that could appreciate and generate the cash flow at the same time.

Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated, and would love to connect with you all! Please feel free to shoot me a message.
