Hello members, I am looking for a company that provides virtual assistance services specializing in real estate business. The virtual assistance would be responsible for but not limited to the following: 1) Lead management , prospective investors and buyers. 2) Setup and management of leads in CRM 3) Generate daily task list for follow ups 4) Manage listing on various social media sites, various real estate sites and MLS 5) Keep all document upto date in Google drive 6) Create flyer for listings 7) Assist in contractual paper work for properties ( offer generation, contracts , amendments etc) 8) publish weekly action items I will greatly appreciate any pointer on this. @Account Closed, I was looking at both Podio and Zoho. One of the feature I have been looking for is to capture leads from mobile phones? Are you aware of a solution that would enable this feature? Currently we are looking for a solution for lead management, prospecting and follow ups. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Numbers don't work out even if you take 70% rule. Based on ARV of 220K , the MAO should be 220K * 0.7 -10K = 144K. if you get this for 144K then it may make sense to buy and flip the property.

For buy and hold it would be worth if you can get rent of 1.2% of purchase price i.e 1.2% * 185K = 2.2K
