What are top most questions, queries investors have before investing in Real estate either in multifamily or Single family ?

Today Interest Rates have surged up to almost 3.7 or 3.8. What kind of affect are we projecting on market as investor point of view. How could we evaluate the price of the properties that are available for sale and the one we bought.

How is the laws in California for landlord and how worse are they from other states like Texas and Florida. What are your experience ? ?

@Nicolas Leon hi Nicolas, which cities are you trying new construction. Are you focusing on single family or multi family ?

As investing in ca is like unpredictable. What are the difficulties people face in out of state investing for starters. And any recommendations which city or state to start ?

Redfin says market is slowing down and loosing its steam. And it says pending status have gone 26% less than previous months. How true is that ? Even I read couple articles and saw some financial advisors videos all says the same thing. Is it just due to inventory is coming more and more or it Fed also indicating Interest rates will go up as they said before they wont go up till 2022. Whats your opinion guys ?
